14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to Pro or Professional tier
  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)

What's Included

  • 100% refund of your initial subscription payment
  • No questions asked (though we appreciate feedback)
  • Processed within 5-10 business days
  • Returned to your original payment method

How to Request: Email support@monifyxai.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and include your account email.

What's NOT Refundable

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Renewal payments (2nd month and beyond)
  • Partial month refunds (you cancel mid-cycle)
  • Previous subscribers who resubscribe
  • Account downgrades (Pro to Free)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Free tier (no payment, no refund)
  • Chargebacks or disputed charges (account may be suspended)

Important: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and loss of data.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Stops future billing
  • Access until period ends
  • No refund for current month
